Welcome to RegistryReview (registryreview.vip). This Terms of Service governs your access to and use of our services and products offered on our website.

1. Introduction

By engaging with RegistryReview, you agree to these terms. RegistryReview operates under Business ID CR-082919 in Doha, Qatar.

2. Services Overview

RegistryReview offers three main categories: registry document review services, information products, and physical goods.

2.1 Registry Document Review Services

We provide expert assessment of legal documentation associated with domain registry matters. Our team delivers personalized feedback and guidance.

Refund and Rescheduling Policy

Requests for reimbursements must be submitted at least 48 hours before the scheduled review via our Contact Us form. Upon approval, fees will be credited to your original payment source within 10 business days. Late requests or no-shows are not eligible for reimbursement due to the tailored nature of our review services. Rescheduling may be accommodated based on team availability.

2.2 Information Products

Our digital guides, templates, and video modules provide insights into registry processes. These materials are delivered electronically.

Refund Policy

Due to the instant access nature of digital downloads, reimbursement requests are accepted within 14 days of purchase if materials remain unused. To submit a claim, contact us with your order details. Once materials are accessed, all sales are final.

2.3 Physical Goods

We offer printed manuals, branded items, and package kits shipped to your address.

Defective Items and Reimbursement

Customers may report damaged or faulty goods within 30 days of delivery. Approved claims will receive either a replacement or full reimbursement credited to the original payment source. To initiate a claim, contact our team and provide your order number and photographic evidence. Items must be shipped back to our office at your cost unless otherwise agreed.

3. Payment Methods

We accept major credit and debit cards. All charges are processed through secure third-party gateways. You represent that you have authorization to use the payment method you provide.

4. Cancellation Terms

To cancel a scheduled registry document review, notify us at least 48 hours in advance. Eligible cancellations will receive full reimbursement. Cancellations within 48 hours cannot be reimbursed. Information products and goods cannot be canceled after order confirmation except as outlined above.

5. Limitation of Liability

RegistryReview’s liability for any claim arising under this agreement is limited to the amount you paid for the service or product that is the subject of the claim.

6. Governing Law

This agreement will be governed by the laws of Qatar. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Doha.
